Scott Darby is an Executive Director in the Securitized Products Group. He sits on the Primary CMBS trading desk, responsible for the pricing, structuring, origination, and syndication of subordinate commercial real estate debt including mezzanine loans, B-notes, subordinate CMBS bonds & risk retention interests, as well as the pricing and syndication of J.P. Morgan-originated mortgage loans. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Darby was an Associate at Nomura on the flow volatility trading desk. He is a 2012 graduate of the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance.
