Duncan Manning is a Rating Analyst in S&P Global’s Financial Institutions Ratings Group working as a member of the Fund Rating Group since 2014. In this capacity Duncan is responsible for analyzing and assigning ratings to fixed income mutual funds such as money market funds, enhanced cash funds, government investment pools and ETFs. Before joining the Funds Group, Duncan worked in S&P’s Public Finance group for three years working on Universities, Non-Profits, Charter Schools, Housing, and Hospital Systems.

Duncan joined S&P Global in 2011 and possesses a B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College.
