Kevin is a Partner and co-head of the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds Group. He has extensive experience in advising on the legal and regulatory issues relating to the establishment of investment funds (including UCITS, QIAIFs, ETFs, money market funds, hedge funds and private equity funds) and advising on the structuring and offering of such funds. He has also spoken at a number of investment fund conferences. He is a past Chairman of Irish Funds and he is a member of An Taoiseach’s (the Prime Minister’s) Funds Group. He was previously a corporate and securities partner in the US with a leading US law firm.
