Scott Wachs, executive director, is global head of Product for Morgan Stanley’s Global Liquidity Solutions business. He is responsible for the management, strategy, development, delivery and marketing of short term investment management products including money market funds and ultra-short bond funds. Scott joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 and has over 32 years of financial services experience. Scott received an M.B.A. in marketing from the New York University Stern School of Business and a B.A. in economics from Tufts University.
