Laurent Benarrous has more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate. During that time he has concluded over 750 leasing transactions totalling 6.5 million square feet for a commercial value of nearly 2 billion dollars on behalf of landlords and tenants ranging from start-ups to multinationals from a wide variety of industries. He has distinguished himself during many creative transactions over the years, including moving more than 1,000 Desjardins employees into offices in the the mast of the Olympic Stadium in Montreal and a mandate involving the new Maison de Radio-Canada.He chaired the Board of Directors of the Héma-Québec Foundation for several years, and he also sat on the boards of the Urban Development Institute of Quebec, Aéroports de Montréal and Société du Havre. He is a former member of the Canadian delegation of the Joint Public Advisory Committee of the NAFTA Commission for Environmental Cooperation.
