Chloe Soucy was promoted to Vice-President Leasing and Operations, to build on her potential of playing a more active role in the company after overseeing leasing of the entire GI Quo Vadis portfolio. Managing the operations and leasing of over 1.5M SF of commercial space, Chloe continues to strengthen her knowledge on what the Montréal market looks like and where it is going, positioning her as the go-to for repositioning leasing and operating strategies on acquisitions. She sits on the company’s Board of Directors taking an active role in growing of the company adding value with her 10 years of industry knowledge.
