Sarto is a partner at Upbrella. He has been practicing law for 42 years. He is also a serial entrepreneur, Travel author (10 books), podcast interviewer, real estate guest speaker, and Adjunct professor at the prestigious I.E. Architecture and Design School (Madrid University), at the Global Master In Real Estate Development program (GMRED) .

Sarto has accomplished many international academic roles. He has taught Advanced Real Estate Law at Université de Montréal, Negotiation skills at Baghdad Business school, Arbitration at Chamber of Notaries to name a few. Sarto is also an active member on multiple boards of Directors such as Québec Construction Association and Québec Humanist Foundation.
