Sylvain Gariepy is Executive vice president at Groupe BC2. Over the course of a career spanning more than 25 years, Sylvain Gariépy has worked on a wide range of complex urban projects. As both a project manager and consultant, he has worked in multidisciplinary groups for municipalities of different sizes, government organizations and private clients.

He has also developed expertise in public participation that he applies to all the projects he leads as Executive Vice-President, Partner in BC2's Strategies team. Known for his impeccable work ethic, he also holds the role of President of the Ordre des urbanistes du Québec.
