Mr. Dolan has a decade worth of real estate investment experience, predominantly in multifamily properties. He has experience across the entire life cycle of real estate, including deal procurement, development, operation, and disposition. In his current role, he is responsible for sourcing and managing multifamily investments in the Western region of the U.S. for EQT Real Estate. EQT is a Stockholm-based, publicly traded, private equity firm that recently ranked 2^nd in PEI’s 2025 list of the World’s Largest Private Equity Firms.

Prior to joining Redwood, Mr. Dolan was a Development Analyst with Clark Street Real Estate. Prior to Clark Street Real Estate, he worked as an Associate within the Portfolio Management department of Realty Income where he managed a $750 million portfolio and negotiated leasing and dispositions for properties in the Western United States. He has experience across multiple asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and medical.

Mr. Dolan graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, concentrating in Finance. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.
