I’m a Regional Property Manager with more than 17 years of experience in the multifamily industry, and I’m truly passionate about providing quality, attainable housing for families. At ALLAN Ltd., I oversee four multi-family communities in Colorado, where I lead a dedicated team of property professionals. My focus is on maximizing property revenue, ensuring our facilities are well-maintained, and creating exceptional resident experiences overall.

One of my proudest achievements has been transforming underperforming properties, increasing occupancy rates from 79% up to 96-98%. I have a strong track record of spotting and capitalizing on market opportunities to drive profit and growth. With extensive experience managing LIHTC communities, I’m committed to maintaining compliance while delivering the highest level of management.

My journey began as a leasing professional, and through dedication and hard work, I’ve advanced to my current role. Along the way, I earned a Real Estate License from Kaplan Real Estate School, became a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and am now a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate.

In addition to my professional work, I’ve had the honor of serving on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado, including as President. This experience has allowed me to advocate for our industry at the national level.
