Hilary Cooper joined Colorado's Office of Economic Development & International Trade in May 2023 as the Director of Innovative Funding for Housing Programs, a new division formed to fund more affordable low and middle income housing across Colorado. She was a local elected official in San Miguel County, Colorado for over ten years focused on local affordable housing development and statewide policy. When not in elected office, Hilary managed several non-profits and published an international adventure and lifestyle magazine. In her free time she loves outdoor adventures with family and friends.
