Jordan is responsible for the implementation of strategic capital plans, allocation of investment capital, and finance activities across the company’s target markets. He oversees investment analysis, debt and equity strategies/relations and thus far has driven the structuring and raising of more than $2.3 billion in commercial real estate capitalization.
Prior to joining Schnitzer West in 2017, Jordan worked in real estate construction lending at HomeStreet Bank in Seattle and real estate portfolio analysis at Axos Bank in San Diego.
Jordan holds a B.S. in business administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Seattle University and a certificate in commercial real estate development from the University of Washington.
