Matt Iverson founded Veritas Equity. A lifetime real estate professional and industry expert, Matt, along with his wife, Laurie, has personally invested in resort fix and flips, achieving an average internal rate of return (IRR) of over 32%. Matt has been a member of a family team that has successfully closed nearly $3 billion in real estate transactions throughout his career. His clients trust his expertise and continually return to him for all their real estate needs. Veritas Equity was founded out of Matt’s desire to create a reliable source of passive income for his own family.

Quickly realizing that many of his friends, family, and clients shared the same goal, he launched a platform to align his interests with others who wanted to invest alongside him. With over 23 years of experience, Matt has worked in various industries, including the stock market, financial planning, real estate development sales, and early phase planning and consulting on new development projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars for developers across multiple states. Matt has lived and breathed the real estate industry his entire life. Veritas Equity allows him to take his experience and passion for real estate to the next level.

However, when not working on real estate deals, however, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and three daughters. Camping, hiking, off-roading in his Jeep, and fishing are just a few of his recreational pursuits.
