Scott Brown joined Coulton Creek Capital in 2022. In his role as Managing Director, Scott assists in sourcing new opportunities, as well as underwriting, due diligence, portfolio management, and investor relations duties.

Prior to joining Coulton Creek Capital, Scott oversaw the Capital Markets and Investor Services Team at Real Capital Solutions, a Colorado-based Family Office. Scott served as a member of RCS’ Investment Committee evaluating the risks, cash flows, capital requirements, deal structuring, and the overall status of RCS’ portfolio.

Before joining Real Capital Solutions, Scott was employed by KeyBank Real Estate Capital Markets, where he worked in a variety of roles including loan production, underwriting, and special servicing.

Scott holds a BS in Business Administration from William Jewell College and an Executive Masters Certificate in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Scott lives in Arvada, Colorado with his wife and three sons. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, running, and spending time with his family.
