Scott has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and loan origination. His loan production has eclipsed $1.3 billion. He specializes in the origination of FHA-insured loans for permanent placement as well as the construction of affordable and market-rate multifamily, senior housing, and healthcare developments. Scott holds a B.A. in finance from Seattle University and a M.S. in real estate development and construction management from the University of Denver.
