Sean Garvey has served as a Development Manager with Denver Housing Authority since December 2022. He is currently the project lead on the Sun Valley Riverfront Park, DHA’s Mosaic Community Campus (former Johnson and Wales) properties, the Real Estate Department’s sustainability initiatives including the remediation of the former Xcel Tank Farm, and a Middle-Income Special Limited Partnership (tax exemption) program with the City’s Department of Housing Stability. Prior to joining DHA he specialized in multifamily debt as an underwriting and originations analyst with CBRE Capital Markets with previous roles consulting in the areas of planning, development, and geospatial analysis. He holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and is an active member of Housing Colorado and the Urban Land Institute.
