Tammy is the Chief Financial Officer of Property Management. She oversees Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, and Information Technology for Kairoi. Tammy has 20 years of experience in investor reporting, debt compliance, monthly and quarterly financial statements, system implementation, staff development, and audit and tax coordination. Prior to joining Kairoi, Tammy previously held roles at USAA and EY.

Tammy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a CPA. In her free time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, cheering at her children’s activities, watching movies, and traveling.
