Real estate executive with more than 25 years of experience in acquisitions, entitlements, development, and investment across residential, multi-family, build to rent, commercial, mixed-use and master planned communities. Proven track record of sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating large-scale land acquisitions, managing complex entitlement processes, and overseeing the full development cycle from concept to completion.

Currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions & Entitlements at Oakwood Homes. Prior to Oakwood Homes, he held leadership roles at DR Horton, McStain Neighborhoods, and Forest City Commercial, driving growth through strategic acquisitions and development initiatives.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and has a deep understanding of development across a wide range of asset classes and investment strategies to maximize returns.
