A one-night room and tax deposit must be submitted at the time of making the reservation(s) or the room will not be confirmed. Individual cancellations prior to Thursday, July 31st, 2025, will result in a refund of the one-night deposit. Individual cancellations after Thursday, July 31st, 2025, will result in a charge equal to 100 percent of the revenue for the entire reserved stay.
