Dr. Jeyabal presently working as Sr General Manager – Technical in Fertis India Pvt Ltd., an Agri Tech Company.

He has over 30 years of professional experience in Agricultural Research & Agri solution Industry, specialized in Speciality Plant Nutrients, Bio-stimulants, Customized Fertilizers and Organic Crop Solutions areas. He held various positions viz., Head of R&D, Head of Extension, Group Leader and Scientist in various Corporates and Agricultural Research Organizations.

He is a Doctorate in Agronomy from Annamalai University in India, and he has done Executive Education Program at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in India.

He is a member of various professional Organizations, viz., Indian Society of Agronomy, Fertilizer Association of India, South Indian Sugarcane & Sugar Technologists Association (SISSTA) and International Society of Sugarcane Technologists.
