Mr. Mahadev Suvarna is currently working as Senior Vice President- Specialty Plant Nutrition at Shriram Farm Solutions, a business Unit of DCM Shriram Ltd., India. In this role, he is managing Speciality Plant Nutrition business, overseeing R&D, Global alliances and Manufacturing of Speciality Nutrition products.

He has completed his Masters of Engineering in Irrigation Water Mgt and has done his Senior Management Programme from IIM-Calcutta, one of the top 3 management institutes in India. He has vast experience in establishing businesses from ground zero and rapidly growing companies in the specialty plant nutrition & other agri-inputs. He works closely with Fertiliser Association of India (FAI) / Industry in framing policies which helps Speciality Nutrition Industry in introducing innovative technologies and enhancing growers’ wealth. He did various Thought Leadership and People Leadership programmes as a Panel Member and Speaker at various national and international conferences. His passion is to share his thoughts with budding Agri Managers and future leaders and strive for the growth of the Specialty Industry.
