Rupesh Nathoo is the Business Risk and Controls Manager at BGC partners. In his role, he is responsible for the embedment of the ongoing 1LOD Risk Control Framework across the firm’s operation. This includes management of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Risk Event Management and control assurance. As part of his role, he has been heavily involved in developing and embedding a consistent Operations Resilience framework by taking responsibility for monitoring and reporting of IBS’s, associated risks and operational effectiveness. Rupesh has worked at global banking firms such as RBS, Mitsubishi Securities and Credit Suisse.
