Mauro Messi was admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants in 2006. He joined Maisto e Associati in 2007 after having worked for five years with two international tax and legal firms. He worked in the London office from 2008 to 2010. He handles in particular corporate and group taxation, mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, financing transactions, securitizations and taxation of financial instruments.
