Dustin FerrettiPatient Experience Manager at UCBSpeaker
Profile
Outside of his work in the Canadian biopharmaceutical industry and the world of Patient Support Programs, Dustin is a self-described musician (true musicians read "collector of instruments"), an outdoors enthusiast, and a proud cat-dad to two mostly-behaved boys. He completed his undergraduate studies at Dalhousie University with an honours thesis on urban agriculture as a means of social development in Cuba, and his graduate studies at Guelph University with a Masters thesis on the Chilean student movement of 2008-2013. He began his career as a reimbursement specialist on a PSP and quickly found the work of supporting patients and healthcare providers to be his vocation. He has worn many different hats in biopharmaceutical sales, marketing, and access, and has now returned to his "home" that is PSP.
