Daryl Berke is Senior Corporate Counsel, US Market Access at Sanofi. He is Sanofi’s lead on matters related to the 340B program. He also advises on issues related to PBMs, GPOs, wholesalers, and federal health care programs. Prior to joining Sanofi, Daryl was an associate in the health law practice group at Mintz. There he counseled health care providers, digital health companies, and private equity firms on the 340B program, health care fraud and abuse matters, and health care transactions. Daryl began his career at a regional firm in Washington D.C., representing federally qualified health centers and the National Association of Community Health Centers. Daryl holds a JD from Boston University, a Master of Public Health from Yale University, and a BA from Hamilton College.
