Dominic Adducci is the Director of Pharmacy Pricing and Growth at Blue Shield of California, a taxpaying, nonprofit, independent member of the Blue Shield Association with 6 million members, over 7,500 employees and more than $27 billion in annual revenue.

Dominic plays an essential role in the health plan's nationally-recognized Pharmacy Care Reimagined effort, which was announced in 2023 and fully launched this year. Dominic and his team squarely focus on managing the pricing and financial elements for Blue Shield’s relationships with each of the service providers within its modular pharmacy benefit model.

Prior to Blue Shield, Dominic spent 10 years at CVS, focused on pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) underwriting and analytics, health plan commercial ASO underwriting, and PBM product development. Before CVS, Dominic spent four years at Walgreens where he specialized in retail network pricing and contracting.

Dominic received a Bachelors degree from the University of Michigan. He currently resides in Chicago.
