Leslie Hurst is an accomplished executive pharmacy leader with a proven track record of transforming profitability, operations, compliance, and clinical outcomes in retail, specialty, ambulatory, 340B and health system pharmacy settings. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky and Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Ball State University. Leslie is Board Certified in the Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Specialty and serves on the Board for the Health System Owned Specialty Pharmacy Alliance. In her current role as Associate Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy & PBM Strategy, she leads the planning, coordination, and direction of specialty pharmacy programs and the employee pharmacy benefit strategy for Baptist Health System.
