Dr. Hurst received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and is Board Certified in the Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Specialty. In her current role as Associate Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy & PBM Strategy, Dr. Hurst leads the planning, coordination, and direction of specialty pharmacy programs and the employee pharmacy benefit strategy for Baptist Health System. She is an accomplished professional pharmacy leader with demonstrated success transforming operations, building teams, advancing clinical practice, and developing strategic partnerships. The Baptist Health family consists of 9 hospitals, 12 owned pharmacies, 400+ medical clinics, and is the largest not-for-profit health system in the state of Kentucky.
