Matthew has been in the managed care sector for over 20 years. Currently, Matthew is an independent consultant working with employers, health plans, technology companies, government payers and manufacturers where he provides independent, unbiased and conflict free strategic advice and direction. Most recently, Matthew was the President of Capital Rx where he oversaw all Operations and Client Success and helped to manage 400% year over year growth. Matthew was also the President at EnvisionRx (now Elixir) where he oversaw all sales, marketing, client service and the Laker Software team. Matthew also served as Chief Pharmacy Executive at Anthem (now Elevance Health), National Pharmacy Practice Leader at Aon, Chief Clinical Officer at Medco (now Express Scripts) and Vice President of Sales and Service at Walgreens. Matthew is well published and most recently served as expert testimony for the US Senate Committee on Finance regarding PBM transparency.
