Matthew Lee is the VP of Sales & Marketing at MedOne Pharmacy Benefit Solutions. After beginning his career in the PBM industry in 1999, Matt has worked across multiple areas managing client relationships, including account management, implementations, broker partnerships, and sales.

After working several years for large-scale corporations in all markets across the country, Matt developed a growing passion for serving and helping small to midsize companies and their advisors in navigating the complex PBM industry. Since joining the MedOne team in early 2021, Matt focuses on outreach, educating about the industry, and promoting MedOne to channel partners and employer groups across the country.

In addition to serving our external partners, Matt enjoys serving on the leadership team in helping to assist and grow the team of 200+ employees at MedOne. He is passionate about helping the core values of MedOne make an impact among the team and seeing that translate to their partners and customers.

When Matt is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their three boys, and their dog. Outside of all the family activities and events, Matt is an avid pickleball player and semi-OK golfer.
