Simone Ndujiuba, PharmD, BCOP is an oncology pharmacy leader with extensive experience spanning academic cancer centers, managed care, and healthcare innovation. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy and completed a residency with a focus on managed care. Simone is a board-certified oncology pharmacist (BCOP).

Her career includes serving as a clinical pharmacist specialist at academic cancer centers within the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. For more than a decade, Simone led a team of oncology clinical pharmacist specialists in an academic cancer center, where she played a pivotal role in advancing multidisciplinary hematology and oncology care. In this leadership role, she developed and implemented clinical programs and cost-saving initiatives designed to enhance patient outcomes, optimize medication use, and support high-value cancer care.

Most recently, Simone served as a Senior Principal Clinical Oncology Pharmacist at Prime Therapeutics, where she was a subject matter expert supporting oncology product strategy, innovation initiatives, and client-facing oncology insights across a national payer population.

Simone is passionate about education and mentorship and has served as a preceptor for multiple colleges of pharmacy as well as the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) Foundation summer internship program. She also serves on the board of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Houston Chapter.

Outside of her professional work, Simone enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking walks, and gardening.
