Ms. Arthur is an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia focusing on antitrust investigations and litigation. Most recently, she was on the trial team in the State of Colorado v. Google, LLC. Ms. Arthur was the lead attorney for the District in In Re: Suboxone (Buprenorphine Hydrochloride And Naloxone) Antitrust Litigation and was actively involved in In Re: Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation (the Generic Drug Manufactures price fixing cases).
Prior to rejoining State enforcement, Ms. Arthur was in private practice and worked on numerous antitrust litigation cases including: In Re Niaspan Antitrust Litigation; In Re Lidoderm Antitrust Litigation; In Re Loestrin 24 Fe Antitrust Litigation and Sergeants Benevolent Association Health & Welfare Fund v. Actavis PLC et al. (Namenda).
Ms. Arthur was also Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Division of the Florida Office of the Attorney General. Ms. Arthur was the lead attorney for 23 states and the District of Columbia.
