Jennifer Bragg is a nationally recognized lawyer with over two decades of experience advising FDA-regulated companies on complex legal and regulatory challenges, government investigations, and related litigation. Drawing on her background as Associate Chief Counsel for Enforcement in the FDA’s Office of Chief Counsel, she provides strategic advice to companies and boards on DOJ and state attorney general investigations, FDA and DEA enforcement actions, internal investigations, and complex commercial and regulatory issues.
