Judy Haron is Assistant General Counsel at PhRMA, focusing on among other things, the Inflation Reduction Act and Medicare Part D. Before joining PhRMA in June of 2022, she worked for HHS’s Office of the General Counsel (OGC) in both the CMS Division and the Children, Families, and Aging Division (CFAD), acting as Chief Counsel from 2018-2022. She has expertise in administrative law, Medicare and Medicaid payment and eligibility, electronic health records, human services programs, disability programs, and the Administration on Aging. She previously worked in the CMS Office of Legislation, as well as for Vinson & Elkins’ health care law practice. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
