Ling Zeng, Esq. Ling has extensive experience in the biopharma industry. Ms. Zeng was the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of Omega Therapeutics, where she was a member of the company’s the executive leadership team. Prior to Omega, Ms. Zeng was the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, and played a critical role in executing the company’s strategy including the acquisition by Novo Nordisk in 2021. Before her career with biotech companies, Ms. Zeng was Deputy Head Legal, Group Mergers and Acquisitions, at Novartis AG, responsible for global transactions across the Novartis Group such as the acquisition of Avexis.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Zeng held various executive roles of increasing responsibility at Bausch Health Companies where she was last General Counsel EMEA and executed strategic BD and M&A transactions across US, Europe, Asia and Africa. Ms. Zeng began her legal career at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton in New York. Ms. Zeng received her B.S. in Physics from Peking University, M.S. in Biophysics from Brandeis University and Juris Doctor in Law from Georgetown University.
