Robert (Bob) Foster is the Principal Deputy General Counsel and currently serves the Acting General Counsel of the Department.  Prior to joining the administration, Bob was the chief legal officer of two bio-tech companies and also served as a senior attorney on the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee (HELP).
