Sara Clingan is an Assistant Chief in the Washington Criminal Section of the Antitrust Division, where she supervises criminal prosecutions involving bid rigging, price fixing, procurement fraud, and other anticompetitive criminal misconduct. Before joining the Antitrust Division, Sara was a trial attorney in the Health Care Fraud Strike Force in the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice, where she tried and obtained convictions in a variety of complex white collar criminal cases in the health care space. Prior to that, Sara was an associate in the D.C. office of an international law firm, where she handled a variety of merger reviews in the healthcare space.
