She has previously held various positions in Compliance and Legal at Novo Nordisk A/S, Sanofi, EMD Serono, Arena Pharmaceuticals and Karuna Therapeutics supporting various therapeutic areas including Rare Diseases, Oncology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Dermatology, Cardiovascular and Mental Health. Shannon received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her A.B. from Harvard College.
