Victoria Field is an Attorney with the Antitrust Section of the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General. She was previously an Antitrust Fellow with the Wisconsin Department of Justice. Before Ms. Field began practicing law, she spent several years supporting healthcare workforce research at the Rutgers School of Nursing.
In Ms. Field's current work, she litigates multistate civil enforcement actions and contributes to research and education for state attorneys general on issues related to pharmaceutical antitrust. Most recently, she presented on pharmaceutical life cycle management strategies to a national audience of state antitrust enforcers. Ms. Field's publications include a note on pharmaceutical product hopping in the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law, which received a Concurrences Antitrust Writing Award in 2024, and an article on state criminal antitrust enforcement in Competition Policy International.
Ms. Field is a Young Lawyer Representative on the ABA Antitrust Section’s State Enforcement Committee and serves as Co-Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Lawyer Assistance Program Committee. Ms. Field is a graduate of Fordham Law School.
