Victoria Field is an Assistant Attorney General with the Antitrust Section of the Connecticut OAG. She was previously an Antitrust Fellow with the Wisconsin Department of Justice.

As Co-Chair of the Education and Training Committee of the National Association of Attorneys General, Antitrust Task Force (NAAG ATF), she has educated a national audience of state attorneys on issues related to pharmaceuticals and pharmacy benefit managers.

Her research focuses on product hopping and criminal antitrust enforcement. Her publications have been awarded the NAAG ATF Chair’s Writing Award for two consecutive years and a Concurrences Antitrust Writing Award. She serves as a Young Lawyer Representative on the State Enforcement Committee of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section.
