Burcu Ergün, LL.M., is joining us as the Director of Compliance for Stryker Canada. With over a decade of experience in compliance, Burcu has held both in-house leadership positions and external counsel roles on the subject matter. Before joining Stryker Canada, she led the compliance function for Stryker’s operations in Turkey and Eastern Europe. During this time, she also served as the President of the Ethics Working Group of ARTED, the Turkish affiliate of MedTech Europe, where she represented the MedTech industry with key local authorities, including the Ministry of Health and the Data Protection Authority. A dedicated advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Burcu was the Regional Leader for Stryker Women’s Network in EEMEA. She holds a law degree from Koç University in Istanbul and an LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London.
