Christine Wadsworth is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault LLP’s litigation group in Toronto. She specializes in commercial litigation, professional liability, internal investigations and white collar defence. Christine's commercial litigation practice includes assisting clients from the accounting, financial services, and consumer products sectors. Christine’s professional liability experience includes acting for physicians on behalf of the Canadian Medical Protective Association and acting for professional accounting firms. In addition to her experience as defence counsel, Christine also has prosecutorial experience through her work for the Ontario College of Teachers. She has tried cases before judges, juries and arbitrators. She has also appeared before numerous administrative tribunals.
