Dorothy is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Litigation Group in Toronto and Co-leader of their Health Industry Group. Her practice includes commercial litigation and dispute resolution, product liability, class actions, professional negligence, and defamation. She regularly acts for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario.

Dorothy teaches Trial Advocacy at Osgoode Hall Law School, Medical Negligence at Queen’s University Faculty of Law, and she guest-lectures regularly at the University of Toronto. She is also a contributing author to the fifth edition of Defending Class Actions in Canada, published by Lexis Nexis.
