Gabriella is the Compliance Officer for Canada at Medtronic and is a member of the Medtronic Americas Compliance Leadership Team. With a breadth of experience across both the pharmaceutical and MedTech sectors, she leads the Canadian Compliance program at Medtronic, guiding strategic initiatives that promote ethical conduct and business integrity.

She holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Health Studies from Trinity College at the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Policy from the London School of Economics. She has completed advanced criminology and common law academic programs at the University of Oxford and Queen Mary University in London, strengthening her expertise in the development and implementation of compliance policies, risk mitigation frameworks, and corporate ethics programs. She is also a member of the Medtech Canada Compliance Committee, where she collaborates with industry peers to ensure Code of Conduct alignment across the Canadian MedTech sector.
