Mark Vanderveken advises clients on regulatory compliance and intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on the life sciences industry. He provides strategic guidance on the production and sale of regulated products, including pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, natural health products, and medical devices. He also assists clients with the protection and commercialization of intellectual property assets. Mark was seconded to a leading pharmaceutical company during his articling term. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law.
