Mod Rujiviphat, PhD, is a global ethics, risk, and compliance leader with over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She enables teams to take smart risks and pursue bold ambitions while maintaining trust and meeting external expectations—driving sustainable business success.

At AstraZeneca, Mod serves in Global Ethics & Compliance within the Enterprise & Enablement team as a Compliance Business Partner for AstraZeneca and Alexion Research & Development teams worldwide, spanning early scientific discovery, clinical development, and clinical operations. She contributes to a number of global projects, including ones focused on human rights risk management and the early detection of potential clinical fraud and misconduct. She also plays a role in the design and review of selected global standards, procedures, and training, and she steers the transition and alignment of compliance programs for two acquired entities. Reflecting her passion for sustainability, Mod was selected to be part of the inaugural AstraZeneca Canada Sustainability Council.

Mod strives to equip colleagues with practical frameworks and data-driven insights that strengthen integrity, reduce risk, and elevate impact for patients and communities.
