Suzanne Senior-Mitchell is a seasoned ethics and compliance professional, and lawyer with a track record of success in leadership, managerial and advisory roles and over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She joined Novo Nordisk Canada in 2012 where her role has included responsibility for patient group stakeholder engagement, enterprise risk reporting, sustainability, and oversight of grants and donations. Suzanne is a member of Innovative Medicines Canada’s Corporate Social Responsibility & Integrity Team.

Suzanne previously served as Legal Counsel and Director of Corporate Responsibility at AstraZeneca Canada and practiced business and technology law at McCarthy Tétrault. She has also held several governance and management roles in charitable and not-for-profit organizations and was Board President for a major child welfare organization.

Suzanne holds an MBA and a law degree from York University, an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and a certificate in Governance and Ethics from University of Toronto’s Institute for Management and Innovation.
