Cristina is Assistant General Counsel, Global Innovation, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at GSK, a global biopharma company.

Previously, Cristina worked on local and regional roles in GSK, progressing from Legal Director Romania to include Central Europe, Southern Europe Mid-Size and Cluster Markets and then Emerging Markets Central. Before joining GSK, Cristina worked in private practice and held various senior in-house roles in the tobacco and oil and gas industries.

During the course of her career, Cristina advised on a variety of competition, commercial, compliance, regulatory and transactional matters. She was recognized as one of “40 in their 40s, Notable Women Competition Professionals in Europe, the Americas and Africa”.
