Nicolas Pourbaix is Associate General Counsel and Executive Director at Amgen, a leading biopharmaceutical company, where he leads the legal team in part of Amgen’s Europe, Latin America, Middle-East, Africa and Canada region. In addition, Nicolas focuses on all areas of competition law, including pricing, supply management, cooperation agreements and public procurement across Europe.
