Tinne brings over two decades of life sciences experience. She started her career at Van Bael & Bellis in Brussels, after which she moved to Australia to pursue an MBA at Melbourne Business School. In 2011 she returned to Europe and started her in-house career at Genzyme, followed by 8 years at UCB as Lead lawyer R&D and Associate General Counsel Commercial.

In her most recent role at CSL Vifor, Tinne managed the global legal function for the CSL Vifor division. Prior to the acquisition of Vifor by CSL, Tinne was Head of Legal Commercial Operations for 3 years.

Tinne is a Belgian qualified lawyer and holds a B.A from Bryn Mawr College, USA as well as a Masters of Laws from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in addition to her MBA.
