In this podcast, two experienced competition lawyers (Benoît Keane and Helen Bignall) discuss the interaction between EU competition rules and sporting competitions, events and merchandising rights.

Helen Bignall has an extremely broad EU and UK Competition Law practice. She has extensive experience in cartels and market investigations, competition litigation and merger control across a wide-range of industries including banking and luxury goods. She also acts for clients in relation to the application of the Groceries Supply Code of Practice (GSCOP).
Helen is recognised by clients as having a can-do, pragmatic approach to solving problems. Clients are impressed by her in-depth knowledge of the law and their industry sector which she uses to provide them with commercial advice.
