Every year Pharma Forum brings together meeting professionals and service providers such as hoteliers, DMCs, and CVBs from across the globe to connect and discuss critical industry updates, with the goal of collaborating on actionable insights and strategies to build the next generation of budget conscious, sustainable, inclusive, and successful medical and life science meetings and events.

The 2024 agenda focused on multiple topics for various levels of meeting professionals, with major themes around:

• AI and the impact on the future of meetings and events and how to implement it into administrative tasks for efficiency.
• Best practices for congress development and collaboration, including building the optimal congress strategy, measuring return, and HCP engagement.
• Health and wellness initiatives for planner well-being and preventing burnout.
